STYLISH THIRSK LODGE BARN WEDDING – CATE & CHRIS

My first time photographing a wedding at Thirsk Lodge Barn and what an incredible venue it is! I would happily be the wedding photographer at Thirsk Lodge Barn every single weekend! I’ve been to many many barn wedding venues in Yorkshire and this may be my favourite! The light coming into the ceremony room is exquisite! The wedding accommodation is simply stunning and is a really homely and comfortable space to get ready in before your wedding. There’s also a separate area for your partner to get ready in – they really have thought of everything!

Cate and Chris had such a vision for their wedding and it turned out beautiful! Cate knew she wanted a really stylish colour palette with monochrome candles and place settings with beautiful florals with slight accents of colour. The florals by The Petal Studio were second to none – her work never ceases to amaze me!

They had an October wedding, the weather was warm and dry, and we got the golden hour I had been waiting for ALL wedding season!
